“After the disastrous Bush presidency the GOP had the option to go crazy or rethink. Guess which one they chose.

Meanwhile, if Pakistani terrorists had done to New Orleans what Bushs hapless FEMA appointees did after Katrina, he’d have invaded Iran.

Migraines and Me

I started tracking my migraines. It seems they are coming frequently enough again that keeping a record of my eating habits, sleeping patterns and stress levels is the next step in finally conquering these damn things.

The last time I did this though, turned up nothing conclusive. The closest correlation seemed to be caffeine, but when I substantially lowered my intake of it, there was no discernible difference in the frequency or intensity of the subsequent migraines. This time around I plan on recording much more detailed notes.

Ma has also been researching some homeopathic remedies that seem to always turn up recommendations for magnesium chloride. The Internets offer no real concrete evidence either way, so I think I’m just going to pick up a natural magnesium supplement and see how it goes.
